Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick Review

Hello! First of all I wanted to say sorry for not posting last week, it's been a very hectic and stressful past few weeks because I have been sitting my gcse exams and I'm pleased to say that I have finished them all now! I'm so happy I've left school and I now have a really long summer ahead of me! I hope all this hard work will pay off when I get my results in August.

This week I thought I would review two lipsticks which I have been loving! I had heard lots of great things about the Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks and after purchasing them I know why! I own two different colours, shade 1 which is a bright red and shade 8 which is a natural nude. You can buy them from any drugstore and they cost around £5.

I love the formula of these lipsticks because I love the creamy consistency and they are very pigmented too. The colour also seems to last for a very long time which is always great. This may sound a little weird but I also love their smell, as you know there is nothing worse then finding an amazing product which has a disgusting smell!! I don't really know how to describe the scent of these lipsticks but it's delicious!

The colour 1 is such a vibrant red colour which stands out and recently it has been my go to product for a red lip. It's so versatile I could wear it during the day or add to a more dressed up outfit at night.

Shade 8 is a perfect lipstick for the no makeup, makeup look because it's a really delicate and pretty darker nude colour. I think this shade is a great nude for my skin tone and it's become my go to lipstick.

Have you tried the Kate Moss Lipsticks and do you have a favourites shade? I love reading your comments and feedback.

Fashion Haul

Hey! For this weeks post I thought I would do a haul of various fashion items which I have bought of the past few weeks. I have mainly bought these items for spring and summer and I love every one of them!

My favourite item has to be these monochrome shorts from H&M, I love the bold pattern and the shape of the shorts too. I can't wait to wear them this summer and they are versatile too because you can wear them in the day casually or dress them up for an evening. They were such good value to at only £7.99!

In H&M I also bought this pretty mint green Cami top, it's perfect for summer and I have already planned outfits to wear! It's a great basic top and it was only £3.99 which is really cheap!

Following on with the mint green theme, I also bought a top from Topshop a few weeks ago which cost me a reasonable £12. Again, I loved the colour it's so summery and really pretty. It's a perfect casual top which is light and thin and I also love the little pocket detail.

I also picked up this floral pastel pink top from New Look for £14.99, I love the flower print and the pale pink colours is so pretty! It's a light chiffon material which makes it great for wearing in the summer and like the monochrome shorts it's versatile so I could wear it in  the day or night.

As seen in my May Favourites post last week, a few weeks ago I bought this beautiful smock top from Primark for £10, I love the floral pattern and the bright colours. It just makes me think of spring and summer and I know I'm going to wear it lots of the next few months.

Whilst in Primark I also bought these nude embellished sandals, I loved the silver details and the look of these sandals. The colour is so pretty and will go with so many outfits this summer. I also bought these so that I would have another option instead of just wearing Converses all summer (I wear converses a lot)! I can't remember the price but I'm sure they weren't more than a couple of pounds and I know I'm going to wear them a lot this summer.

Recently, I also bought these earrings from River Island, they are black and gold triangles and I haven't stopped wearing them! I love that they go with so many different outfits and they are not too big for my ears. I also love River Island earrings because they are such good value this pair were only £3 which is such good value!

Finally, whilst shopping in Sainsbury's with my mum the other day I picked up this tan leather bag from their TU clothing range. I love the colour of this bag and that it's not too big for me. It's such good quality and I plan to use it for college when I start in September. It costs £40 but I bought it for £30 because there was a 25% off weekend.

I love all of the items I have bought of the past couple of weeks but I have to admit I don't think my bank account agrees!! Have you bought any items which you love and recommend recently? I would love to know.

May Favourites

Hello, I've been discovering and loving lots of products this month so I thought I would show you my May favourites!

Firstly I have been loving my Tommy Girl perfume by Tommy Hilfiger. I got this perfume for Christmas and I haven't stopped using it since! It has a fresh fruity fragrance and I love it so much! It is also affordable as you can pick up a small bottle for £15.

I have been loving the MUA Lipstick in Peachy Keen, it's such a bright coral colour. Recently because summer's beginning I've loved wearing coral lips. I love that it's a matte lipstick and it's long lasting. Also, it's so affordable at only £1!

My next favourite this month has to be my Maybelline colour tattoo in the colour Eternal Gold. I have loved wearing it as either a base or worn on it's own. I love the colour and that it lasts for the whole day without creasing or wearing away.

My skincare favourite this month has to be the Body Shop Vitamin E moisturising cream, I have been loving this cream because it leaves my skin so soft and I love the feeling of having fresh and healthy skin. I just apply this cream every morning to prevent dry skin and leave my skin hydrated.

My May fashion favourite has to be this pretty floral print smock top from Primark, costing £10. I love the bright colours, they are so summery and so is the pattern it just makes me think of spring and summer! It's also really flattering and I love the fit.

This month I have also been loving candles! My favourite candle this month has to be the Vanilla and Coconut candle from Primark it was only £2, it smells sweet and so delicious! I love the glass packaging and even the label too!

My other random favourite has to be the Starbucks Frappucinos, I bought one the other day in Sainsburys and I am so happy I discovered them! They are chilled coffee with a slight chocolate flavour and they are one of the most delicious drinks I have ever tasted!! Sorry that in the photos the bottles are empty, I didn't have the chance to buy a new bottle before I took the photos!!

These are products I have been loving throughout May, have you had any favourites? I love reading your suggestions!
